The most offensive four-letter word in poker.

One four letter word stands far and away as the most reviled in poker:

Work.

What kind of masochist sicko would want to spend energy working on their poker game directly after clocking out of their real-life job?

Poker’s supposed to be FUN, not a chore!

Today I wanna let you in on a little secret:

There’s a massive difference between throwing a bunch of poker poop at the wall hoping something will stick and having a targeted, focused path to follow that’s worth it’s weight in gold.

Take one of my private coaching students Jon, for example.

Jon was a $5-$10 live professional when the pandemic struck and took away his ability to play live poker.

Believing online pros were all NASA employees with PhDs in soul-reading, Jon sought out coaching with yours truly in July so that he could expedite his transition to the online arena.

After month one of private coaching he was breaking even at $100 NL. But Jon (Not one to easily get discouraged) trusted our agreed upon process, put his nose to the grindstone, and refused to be denied.

Fast-forward to the present and Jon is crushing $200 NL at 9.2 bbs/100.

It might be tempting for you to think Jon’s just an anomaly and there is a little bit of unexpected truth in that statement…

Jon ALWAYS listens intently during our coaching sessions, is never afraid of asking follow-up questions if something isn’t clear, reviews our sessions & takes diligent notes, trusts that I only want the best for his poker career, and completes his homework with no-questions-asked.

Simply put: He does a phenomenal job of simply getting out of his own damn way.

The only shortcut (Which is actually not all that short) I know of to rapidly improving your poker game is finding a guide who helps you create your own personal path to success.

Who helps you avoid all of the energy sucking distractions that can derail even the strongest willed of human beings.

When you have a logistical, targeted plan of action you can follow day in and day out there is no alternative ending besides success.

But you either need to be Nostradamus and know things you have no way of knowing…

Or you need a battle-worn guide who genuinely cares whether you succeed or fail.

So if you think you’re the type of person who can get out of their own way and follow a plan of action to the T…
